We have been able to suggest solutions and design prototypes to test and prove ideas.

Energy Management

Our work on energy saving is proving to be incredibly popular. As the cost of energy is spiraling we have worked with customers to find ways to reduce energy consumption. New lighting control and fittings has been proven to reduce energy costs without reducing the efficiency of the lighting itself. We have also installed inverters that have reduced energy consumption with no detrimental effect on productivity. We regularly install variable speed drivers either as a retrofit install to an existing machine or new projects to process machinery e.g pumps and fans.

We can show you in graphical format how the savings will be made and can give an approximate cost saving and ‘pay back’ time. Energy saving projects can pay for themselves in a very short space of time, and save you money in the long run.
