RPC Containers Group
MCAC Electrical Ltd has had a 40 year working relationship with the RPC Containers Group. RPC Group is Europe’s leading manufacturer of rigid plastic containers. RPC specialises in rigid plastic packaging products made by blow moulding, injection moulding and thermoforming.
MCAC Electrical Ltd has undertaken maintenance, installation and special project work at many of RPC’s UK sites. In recent years we have worked in partnership with RPC to design and implement energy saving projects including lighting and invertors. As a result RPC have seen a reduction in energy costs with no detrimental effect on performance and efficiency.

Verdesis Services
MCAC Electrical Ltd has worked with Verdesis Services UK on several landfill sites with the installation of gas engines for Biffa and Veolia. The system treats and filters the gasses from the decomposing waste which can then be used to produce electricity. This electricity powers the waste sites and is also fed back into the National Grid.
MCAC has installed several of the gas engines and associated power supplies, including high voltage power.

Aquacooling Solutions
Aquacooling Solutions are specialists in process cooling and associated products and services. MCAC Electrical Ltd has worked with them on several cooling projects. These have included installation of an alarm notifying system linked to the computer cooling system at the Department of Medical Genetics at University of Cambridge and a similar system at the University of Bath.
MCAC worked with Aquacooling Solutions on a project for the Masdar Institute of Science & Technology in Abu Dhabi. Masdar City is a pioneering carbon neutral city being built in the desert outside Abu Dhabi with the main purpose to develop, test, market and utilise renewable energy and clean technologies.
We designed the control panel for the cooling system for the mainframe computer at the Masdar Institute. With desert temperatures reaching 50⁰c the cooling system was of utmost importance. The control panel was designed, built and tested at our premises in the UK before being shipped and installed on site in the desert.

Equine Health - Seawalker
MCAC Electrical Ltd worked on the installation of a 6 horse Seawalker at a prestigious racing stables in Newmarket. The Seawalker allows horses to train and warm up/cool down in cooled, filtered salt water. It can also be used for rehabilitation.
MCAC designed and built the control panel for the chilling and filtration system. The panel was designed, built and tested at our premises and was then installed at the stables by us.
